We do not accept returns for items that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Return Conditions
All returned items must be:
- In their original packaging
- Unused and in the condition received

Refund Process
All approved refunds are processed in cash only since we operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. Refunds are arranged in one of the following ways:
- In-person cash refund at the delivery location
- Scheduled cash return by a representative
- Exchange with a replacement item (if preferred and available)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The item was delivered correctly and without defect
- You changed your mind after accepting the product
- You failed to respond or be available for the return process
- The product shows signs of use or tampering
